Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We are pleased to offer Free Expedited Shipping within Canada on orders over $99.
Flat Rate Shipping (Orders under $99):
Canada Post Expedited: $19
United States Orders
We ship to customers throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or import fees determined by U.S. Customs.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer if applied.
If duties or import fees are refused and the package is returned, return shipping and customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
International Orders
Didi’s Boutique ships to many international destinations.
Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the country and customs processing.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs fees or taxes are refused and the package is returned, return shipping and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
Due to the high cost of international shipping, international orders are final sale.
Tracking Your Order
Didi’s Boutique ships via Canada Post and UPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
